Founded by Rudolf Kangwa, a skilled lapidarist with over fifteen years of experience, Rudolf’s Gems focuses on local value addition and transparent sourcing. The company is currently collaborating with a mining community to develop a hotel and cultural centre connected to the gemstone industry — a project designed to generate sustainable livelihoods and strengthen community ownership of natural and cultural resources.
