Residency #32 — Rethinking Tourism Network: Cultural Heritage and Identity is the third time PRAKSIS has collaborated with Samong Haven in Bali. It focuses on the invention and promotion of authentic, responsible cultural heritage practices, asking how these practices might benefit both locals and visitors in tourism-saturated environments such as that of Bali. The residency participants will exchange knowledge across cultural, disciplinary and geographic contexts, exploring how tourism can sustain rather than erode cultural and ecological integrity.
