Join the participants in Residency 15 Carrying Histories as they give short presentations of their practices before opening up for questions and discussion.

PRAKSIS's fifteenth residency Carrying Histories considers the responsibility and burden of working with historical subject matter, and aims to build cross-cultural awareness of past and present power structures. The residency has been developed by Nairobi-based artist Syowia Kyambi in collaboration with Oslo Kunstforening and with support from The Goethe Institute. The residents participating alongside Kyambi are Tyler Matthew Oyer (US), Bianca Turner (BR), Ayman Alazraq (PS/NO), Abdul Dube (ZA/DK), Olya Grotova (RU/UK), Msumanga Nondumiso Lwazi (ZA), Neja Tomsic (SL), Lisa Andrine Bernhoft (NO), Elenie Chung (US/TT) and Harnoor Bhangu (CA).
