Open to young creative people and organisers between 15-20 years from all over Oslo, the program offers the opportunity to develop experiences, establish knowledge and networks within the cultural industry. Participants will be able to contribute to long-term value creation within the Oslo city's cultural field by providing constructive feedback to institutions they come into contact with. The program will inspire, strengthen and engage its participants to create their own space within the field.
From autumn 2019 until spring 2020, PTAB will offer eight paid board positions for young people / young adults. The program will work with committed young people with different cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Together they will visit art institutions, cultural actors and artists; and attend workshops and other activities that will enable them to explore, discuss and reflect on art and culture in Oslo. The group will meet monthly on a fixed date and occasionally by appointment.
